ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – Open Topics – 25 Feb 2017

Lots of topics and lots of progress 🙂

Pru was working on her Speech to Text App

And worked straight away 🙂

Then she continued to create apps with array 🙂

Lots of blocks 🙂

While Tyo continuing his attendance list prototype in Java 🙂

Tyo had modified the code from last week and add date combobox to it 🙂  This apps is going to be really useful, thank you Tyo 🙂

Yogi made lots of improvements to his game in GameMaker

The game has cute background and animated sprites 🙂

It can shoot laser too 🙂

 

Vian was following the tutorial to create animated sprites and how to shoot another sprites. While Areli (on the background) was working on Camera App with Thunkable 😉

Fadhil was learning HTML before but he seemed to like creating games so we switched the topic to GameMaker and he looked happy 😉

The class today 🙂

We already have plan to do next Saturday! To create more and add improvements 😉

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – Arduino Programming – 25 Feb 2017

Our regular awesomeness 😉

Capt. Awa had finished the task to be done today (he had already made a video :D), so he was ready to assist the class today 😉

Today we had two tasks: creating stopwatch with 2 buttons and smart lamp with RGB LED 😉  This is a Captain Meeting, discussing what to be delivered in class and making sure that the schematic works fine 😉

Friendship in class 😉 Hello welcome back Farrell 😉

Farrell’s SSTV Project has to wait (due to the expensive components :D) so Farrell should stick with what’s given in the class 🙂

Clarence made lots of progress with the TFT LCD 😉 He created lots of screen effects and cool modifications 😉

Clarence was curious on how to use button. Lucky that we did a project with buttons today, so Clarence can follow the class while doing his own project 😉

Clarence made stopwatch with one button instead of two 🙂 and send the output to the screen 🙂

He kept modifying the code and make the stopwatch works with nice display 🙂

Next target is to display the stopwatch in analog 🙂

ProCodeCG Random Activities – 20 Feb 2017

Today is a typical productive day for ProCodeCG 🙂

First, we now have a ProCodeCG Relay to accompany our ProCodeCG Led and ProCodeCG Button 🙂

We prepared materials for this Saturday’s Kids Regular Coding Class – Apps Programming: Speech to Text App 🙂

And Speech to Text – Text to Speech App 🙂 Later we will collaborate Arduino Kids with Apps Programming Kids to create project together 🙂

Today we had ProCodeCG Kids session too with Clarence 🙂

We discussed about his TFT LED project, how he set up the frame per second number so the picture animated on the LED won’t be flickering 🙂

We had Coding Mum Meeting at the same time

And Meeting with DyCodeX Team afterwards 🙂 We have lots of plans to collaborate 🙂

ProCodeCG codeMeetUp() #95 – Pawitra Studio – Intro to Fluid Sims with Blender

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – Open Topics – 18 Feb 2017

Today we had Apps Programming, GameMaker Programming, Java Programming and Python Programming 😉

Yogi was still developing his game with GameMaker 🙂

He created a rocket

and planned to make it shot something 🙂

Vian was also working on his GameMaker thing 🙂

Vian also learned how to create games in HTML 🙂

And so did Nanin 😉

Tyo continued his ProCodeCG Kids Attendance List Project

We’re going to add some Date  and entering the name of the kids via textfield 🙂 Well done, Tyo!

Jundy worked on Java to, finished all the examples in handout but didn’t want to do the attendance list project 😀

Jundy said he will switch to Arduino class next week 😀

Raul did lots of achievements today 🙂 He managed to debug the code, and made it work 🙂

Prudence was working on GPS Locator App with Thunkable

She also help Cinta to test her app 🙂

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – Arduino Programming – 18 Feb 2017

Our Saturday tinkering 🙂 Today we display temperature sensor reading to two seven segments 🙂

Ozan, like usual, didn’t want to be in a pic 😀

Nafis scratched his head finding out that we’re still continue the crazy and tangled wiring 😀

Clarence! Came with LOTS of ideas 🙂 Today he explored his new TFT LCD with ESPectro 🙂

Clarence tried every library and example he found, and modified them to see what happen 🙂

Reza was back yaaay 🙂 He had to do lots of catching up 🙂

Hello Ren 🙂

After struggling with overheated temperature sensors, and the not-showing-the-value seven segments

It finally worked! Yaaay Ren 😉

Raul was terrified knowing that we were using schematic from last week while he had pulled up all the wires and component 😀 But he had enough patience and persistence to do it all over again 😉

Raul’s schematic might still not working properly, but the code was. We connected his code to a ready schematic and it worked correctly 🙂

Aaand, we had a new student today 🙂 His name is Koosha 🙂

He already had a super complete toolbox, and he already understands LOTS of things 🙂 He’s been learning by himself via YouTube but his father said he needs to be guided to the right direction so here he was in ProCodeCG Class 😉

Koosha started with multiple function button and then moved on to ultrasonic and buzzer. Later he add LED to the schematic and tried the ultrasonic piano 🙂

Next week we’ll do different project with different components 🙂 We think kids are fed up already with the seven segments 😀

ProCodeCG Coding Mum Batch 3 – Day #15 – 17 Feb 2017

OK finally the last day 🙂

We should have had 4 judges/reviewers for today, but one of them had to cancel due to a very urgent thing.

The website is designed for a real client 🙂

So this is a website for a real company 🙂

The design is sleek and elegant. And connected to the database too! 🙂

This is also for a real business. Her family has running this business for several years

Good pictures, good design, and a very attractive layout 🙂

Clean and simple

Less is more. The simple design makes people focusing on the products. Well done 🙂

And then a ticket booking website design by Bu Maria Soedirgo 🙂

The design involves complex coding in PHP

It has complex CSS formatting too

Plus lots of form verifications 🙂 This is going to be a competitor of Traveloka and Tiket.com 🙂

Another interesting product website for real customer: Rubiya by Bu Novi Mustiantari

The design has lots of great pictures with great layout

Very entertaining to the eyes 🙂

It is totally well designed! The customer will be so happy to see this! 🙂

The next ones are not Mums 🙂 They are still very young 🙂 This one looking scruffy and lacking of sleep is Nadia Nathania 🙂 A real coder looks! 🙂

And that hard work pays off! Look at the result!!!

She created a website for her community named “Bandung Lautan Damai”

Since it consists of different people with different backgrounds and emphasizing on tolerating differences, the design is so colorful and contrast!

The colors shows diversity in harmony. A mindblasting design!

It is simple, and the typography is brilliant!!!

The last but not least: A news website design by Fairuz Rana Ulfah 🙂

It has a tight and complex design as a container to its various news and links 🙂 It looks so neat but requires hard work! 🙂
