Yesterday Muhammad and his little brother Hasan (those two sitting on the back) helped us to set up the class π Thanks so much π
We learned to display sensor readings to LCD πΒ We started with LDR (Light Dependent Resistor)
Raul was a bit confused about the schematic because the LCD and the sensor were in different picture
but he finally figured it out π
Raul finished the display of ultrasonic sensor reading too, but didn’t have time to continue on temperature and humidity sensor because he had to start his Java Programming lesson π
Koosha’s comfort corner π (he didn’t want to be in a pic, he left each time we took picture :D)
Koosha finished the LDR and was tinkering with it but not yet finished the other sensors because there was problem with the library. It’s ok we’ll fix it next week π
Ren π
and his serious look π
Ren finished LDR reading to LCDΒ and ultrasonic reading to LCD. Only on left to try: temperature and humidity sensor π
Nafis had to catch up with the class
and he got help from Dad π
and finally got it work π
LDR NAFIS π
Muhammad had to catch up with the class too so he started with making sure that the LCD works
And then connect it to LDR π Next week he’ll catch up with ultrasonic sensor and temperature & humidity sensor π
Ozan had successfully finished the task too π
We had to change the LDR several times until we found the one with correct readings π And it finally showing the correct values π
Rafi and Mom π
Great teamwork like always π
LDR reading
and temperature and humidity reading
In ProCodeCG, a class is not just a regular class. It’s about teamwork and family bonding too π
Next week we will explore more sensors and getting started with Espectro π
