A cloudy and rainy Saturday wouldn’t stop us to work and make progress 😉

Shafa finished learning functions with Lightbot today, next time he will learn Python 🙂

Abil is creating a game about rocket and black hole 🙂 He got lots of idea and knows how to execute it 😉

Hassan started to create games with Construct

Bryson added another feature to the Space Invaders Game: making the enemy shoot back 😉

Rakha finished creating the Shooting Game today and started to create BreakOut Game 🙂

Ara is working on how to make animation for this ghost 🙂

Makayla added fuel indicator to each car 🙂 Requires lots of code to type but she did it 🙂

Kinan started to add code to the new enemy of Clash Royale Game 🙂

It’s almost the end of the year and it is so amazing to find out that we’re still regularly doing the coding together remotely 🙂 ❤ ❤ ❤

Abil had to start a new game because his Game Maker account has expired

but he did catch up very fine 🙂

Capt. Awa had a new haircut 😀

he explored a new Minecraft world

while also creating a project to count how many people enter a place 😉

Bryson’s Space Invaders Game is getting more and more complex 😉

we made the enemy to be able to move and shoot 😉

Shafa has just joined the class 🙂 He had to go through the intro to programming 🙂

Enzo created an food ordering app today 🙂 For the next he will be given a task to create a more complex shopping app 😉

This is how our coding squad spent the Saturday 😉

Rakha added scores and a new level to his game today 😉

Kay is adding fuel feature to the game, and it requires quite a lot of programming so we’re going to need more time to make it work

Taio & Jason is still doing the math and coding project by improving the flow and the code

Bryz is now adding more complexity to the Space Invaders Game: we made the enemies moving closer 😀

Abil wanted to add a timer to the game and finally he did 🙂

Adam should install Python instead of using Google Colab because he should learn some GUI with Tkinter 😉

Faiz is so happy to see the result of his 2D game with Unity 😉

AlFattan did several projects today: a secret entrance to a room below a tree and a night and day detector 😉

Badi is doing maintenance and adding features to his previous website project 😉 We’re going to add Woo Commerce to the site 🙂

Hafiz started developing an encryption virus 😉

ProCodeCG – Private Coding Class – Online – Creating Aggregator Website – 3 Nov 2020

Today we fixed the broken WordPress site by reinstalling it again 🙂

it works 🙂

we also tinkering with function.php

checking out some aggregrate web for references

and then we decided to try a different way: using API

with Python

registering for API key

modifying the code

got some errors

tried it on mac and got the same errors

then moved to node.js

the installation

testing the npm and node

installing dependencies

still got some errors

it’s been 2,5 hours and we decided to stop and figure it out in the next class 🙂
