Saturday is our time to gather and work 😉

Andra joined our regular class today and start an elevator project, under the supervision of Capt. Awa 😉

Aidia is creating skin and continuing her Minecraft projects (redstone and stuff)

like creating roller coaster on a structure created by a code

Tsaqif moved from IDLE to online Python coding today 🙂

While Ukasy has gone long way ahead 🙂

AlFattan is pretty busy generating JavaScript codes to build structures in Minecraft

Our regular busy Saturday 🙂

Al finished a Machine Learning project today

The project is to categorize headlines based on the newspaper 🙂

next is to make casing for the robot 😉

Fadhlan is getting better at construction things in details 🙂

and then we tested the navigation and mapping code

 

and the mapping works. only the reading is to slow. we’re going to fix that soon

Badi

is also working on presentation slides for exhibition next week

Badi is also administering the website, making sure the cpanel has been activated and he has also directed the ns1 address as instructed

is getting better at javascript coding for Minecraft

He’s seriously working hard preparing lots of code for constructing many structures for exhibition 😉

and this week the place and break block count codes is working nicely 🙂

Aidia

Aidia has to fix the Automatic Railway Gate project, Capt. Awa helped debugging the circuit 🙂 Later, Capt. Faris helped too 🙂 The robot is having some problems too and we’re going to fix it before the exhibition 🙂

explores lots of things today including Minecraft

Aidia lend him a book of Minecraft structures so Cean can learn how to build things in Minecraft

and then Cean tried CodeCombat for a while (before finding out that it is a bit too hard for him :))

then exploring Scratch

before going back to Minecraft Hero 🙂

Capt. Faris is fully occupied today as soon as he walked in the class, before putting down the backpack, he’s already on duty 😀

Capt. Awa is also busy with his TinyDuino project, while also helping Aidia with the Automatic Railway Gate Project 🙂

Neo has just joining in the class today, he’s got a really serious project for a competition in the next October 🙂

this is what more or less we’re planning to make 😀

Harraz is now exploring Minecraft, and soon he will be taught some RedStone structures and writing his own Javascript codes in Minecraft

Mohan is back! And continuing his Agario Project 😉

Kinan is struggling with GameMaker Studio today. Next week we’re going to buy a license so we’re not having this problem again

Fab is a fast learner 🙂 We’re going to do this intro to programming in the next two weeks before starting to create games 😉

Faishal starts to learn some Android Studio programming while also will explore Ubuntu to do penetration test 😉 We plan to install Kali Linux on his laptop too 🙂

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 11 May 2019

Fasting doesn’t necessarily means that we cannot do our regular activities, especially our Saturday coding class 🙂

Sam is on the final stage of his Juz’amma App

The app is working well now, we decided not to use database as long as the app does not exceeds 50MB limit

So basically what Sam should do is adding the rest of the content and it will be ready to be uploaded to PlayStore 😉

Hafiz is working on his Feeding Frenzy Game *lots of video on this 🙂 Hafiz now has lots of skill to develop his own game 🙂

Fadhlan is very busy today

is given a task to create a tunnel with sensor that will turn on the torches along the tunnel and link it to Arduino LEDs

Andra is now going to test his first JavaScript code

The code will stack a number of blocks on top of each other

Andra had to change the block with anything else

He changed it into TNT blocks 😀

The next code is building a triangle. Still in progress. Will be continued next week 😉

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 10 Nov 2018

Today is a very frantic day 🙂 We had to bring equipments because the venue were fully occupied, plus the traffic were unbelievable, and we arrived to the class almost one hour late!

But the class was full like usual 🙂

Today most of us are preparing for the upcoming exhibition event 🙂

Al has successfully finished a shooting game in GameMaker today 😉

He created an awesome game with awesome sprites and animation 🙂

Capt. Awa helped Al to improve the game

Agham is making a lot of progress in GameMaker Studio 2 🙂

Yes, Agham can make a game using this complex workspace and hundreds of icons

Farrel has just started GameMaker and keep up with the class very well 🙂

But it doesn’t work as we expected. The fan is supposed to be on when the temperature is higher than 25C and the lamp should be on when the temperature is lower than 20. When the temperature is between 20 – 25C, both should be off. We still need to work on this one.

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 8 September 2018

Saturday is time to learn different things than what we learn at school 🙂

Sam is still working on his Plants vs Zombie remaking project in GameMaker 🙂 The game is quite complex, he has to think and work hard to make it work

This game requires lots of tricks and advanced techniques

Nadine wanted to learn some Scratch Programming to create Google logo 🙂

Nadine can modify each letter with codes

The variation is infinite 🙂

Nadine can add dialogue between the letters too 🙂

While Capt. Faris is still making API for an Android Apps to memorize Quran

And of course Fadhlan got loads of work to do with the robot. He has to prepare for the upcoming young scientist competition

Fadhlan has to add ultrasonic sensors and one power source to the robot

Engineers space of work is never neat 😀 Look at that hanging hot solder *Fadhlan kept yelling to warn people to stay away from it 😀

Vian decided to learn Python today. So we installed and update things so he can start to code in Python 😉

Vian said that he wants to learn some Machine Learning with Python 😀

Yogi is very serious game creator. He’s been working on this race car game, and he keeps making it better each week

He added details and more codes to it

Yogi pays attention to every details 🙂 The result is: amazing 🙂

In our class we don’t do things for competition but to learn and have fun 🙂 No pressure unnecessary because life is hard enough! 😉

Saturday is never boring for us 😉

Fadhlan got tons of work to do: preparing for two robotics competition 😉 *but the truth is, even when there were no competitions, we will still got tons to do 😀

Djalu was given more programming challenge: procedure/functions

Sam took the challenge to create a Plants vs Zombie remake with GameMaker 😉

Kevin is still working on building the robot. Apparently working with tiny little nuts and bolts is a very good exercise for patience 😀

After think for some time we finally found a challenge that fits Kinan for now: creating a Timberman Game with GameMaker

Capt. Faris is now on a new project: developing API for an app to memorize Al-Quran

Uno didn’t feel like to learn Minecraft today so we figured out a different fun way for her to learn more programming logics 😉

Nadine felt the same as Uno so they were given the same task 🙂

Ozan is back! He got a very important task: to test an infrared remote to be used by Fadhlan to control his robot 🙂

Faishal started to create game with GameMaker

Capt. Awa is busy improving his PacMan game 🙂 He added animation to the sprites and elevates the game’s looks and feel 😉

The most important thing for kids to learn is that they can explore and learn and having fun at the same time 🙂 And making friends to help each other too 😉

Hello! First day of Ramadhan and kids are still on top performance in coding 🙂
