ProCodeCG Joined A Homeschooling Activity – 8 Dec 2016

Standard

Today ProCodeCG was invited to join a homeschooling activity held by one of ProCodeCG parent, Mrs. Ari Novianti Riadi, Azriel’s Mom 🙂

She has a homeschooling community that always make interesting activities for their kids. Today, at her nice and cozy house, we learned about tea blending and intro to computer programming 🙂

IMG_8032

We were expecting about 10 kids to come

IMG_8033

Most of them have siblings, the older ones learn programming, while the younger ones playing in the garden 🙂

IMG_8034

This is the preparation for how-to-blend-tea class by Azriel 🙂

IMG_8035

Awesome kitchen!

IMG_8036 2

It is so impressive to see that the kids are willing to learn anything! 🙂

IMG_8037 IMG_8038

After all the computer set up, we started the coding class right after the tea-blending class 🙂 What a productive day! 🙂

IMG_8039

Azriel and Muhammad were the Captain for today’s class 🙂

IMG_8040

Azriel is a ProCodeCG Captain, he’s experienced in teaching 🙂

IMG_8041

From left to right: Hassan, Muhammad and Abdullah. They are siblings 🙂

IMG_8042

The boy scratching the back of his head is Abil, and the boy assisted by Azriel is Ayeman 🙂

IMG_8043

Great kids, great place, great day to learn 🙂

IMG_8044

Azriel is helping Hassan while Muhammad is assisting Ayeman 🙂

IMG_8045

Muhammad is one of ProCodeCG Kids, and in this class he showed a great skill of teaching. He’ll be a ProCodeCG Captain one day! 🙂

IMG_8046

The younger kids plays outside! What a pleasant sight! 🙂

IMG_8047

The coding class went very well, kids can follow the lessons (Hassan was doing 2 threads at once: Minecraft One Hour of Code and CodeCombat 😀 )

IMG_8048

Muhammad assisted Ayeman closely because Ayeman seemed like needing more time to get used to the lessons 🙂

IMG_8049

Well done Capt. Azriel 🙂 *proud

IMG_8050

Looking at this, we should believe that this nation is going to be great and greater 🙂

IMG_8051

Our kids are so smart and they can teach each other, anything 🙂 We have a bright future awaits! 😉

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 30 July 2016 – Exhibition Prep Part 2

Standard

Whoaaa, we got lots of things going on today in our kids regular coding class 😀 We had lots of kids, lots of activities and lots of surprises 😀 We got newcomers too 😉

IMG_7899

This is Areli, a newcomer, a very serious thinker 🙂

IMG_7900

Capt. Faris and Capt. Reza working in team with Farrell to improve Farrell’s solar system code 🙂
IMG_7901

While Azriel was preparing to present his work today 🙂
IMG_7903

And we got our Lead Captain back! Zaki has been so busy lately after being accepted at SMUN 3 Bandung 🙂

IMG_7904

Clarence and Pru, working on their Minecraft project. While at the back, there were Rayna (a cousin from Netherland) and Al (Aliya) busy with their stuff too 🙂
IMG_7905

We also got Jundy and Rasen as newcomers! 😉

IMG_7906

At the back row there were Capt. Zaki assisting Vian while Edo and Tyo working on their collaboration project and we also got Ozan (blue shirt) back!!!
IMG_7907

Capt. Faris checked up on Areli while Capt. Zaki took a look on Farrell and Reza’s 🙂

IMG_7908

These newcomers were fast! 🙂
IMG_7909

Al was picking up where she left on CyberSecurity 🙂

IMG_7910

While Rayna is working on Minecraft Hour of Code 🙂
IMG_7911

Azriel preparing the presentation

IMG_7912

He created a code to translate numbers to tone 🙂
IMG_7913

His code can play music by reading a file of numbers (that represent notes)

IMG_7916

The audience (who can give questions too 😉 )
IMG_7917

Well, Azriel did it very well, both the presentation and answering the questions 🙂

IMG_7918

The captains worked together to make things work (Capt. Anya helped with projector connection, Capt. Fizhan prepared the soundsystem and Capt. Zaki operated the screen) 🙂
IMG_7920

While the others keep working on their own (and getting ready to do presentation next week 😉 )

IMG_7921

Now it’s Farrell’s turn (apparently he forgot something by that gesture? LOL)
IMG_7922

Capt. Reza assisted Areli to register to CodeCombat

IMG_7923

Farrell’s code is about solar system
IMG_7924

The code prints the trail of each planet, using real metrics and constants from NASA
IMG_7926

Farrell can explain very well

IMG_7931

And did answer the questions very well, while also showing the details 😉
IMG_7933

We also had a debate about the world is flat topic and too bad we cannot upload the video here 😀 It’s amazing how kids using their simple logic to explain twisted theory grown ups make up! 😛

And at the end of the class we clean up the room, and the cousin helped us too! Thanks Rayna, hope you enjoy the class and bring some cool memories to Netherland!

Simulakrum definition is a copy, imitation or representation of life reality perceived by people. People then make assumptions that the copy, imitation and representation is the true life reality. This definition is being used so that Simulakrum Studio products as the copy, imitation and imitation of life reality can be accepted and trusted by the people and will give the expected impacts.

IMG_8486

The talk was very inspiring because every word and meaning was clearly defined. There were also examples for each definition.

IMG_8495

IMG_8487

There were lots of new insights and knowledge about film/motion picture/ movie most people haven’t heard before.
