ProCodeCG Kids Private Coding Class – White Hacking – 17 Feb 2020

The menu today is hacking an Android phone with Metasploit 😉

while also cracking password with Hydra in the background 😉

generating trojan to be installed on the Android Phone

the Upgrader.apk is generated

waiting for the victim to run the app

now we need to move the .apk file to the Android phone

didn’t work with email

we transfer the file using this

it is downloaded

we should lower down the security setting on the phone

it is installed

but not detected yet on the Metasploit window

we should figure out how to make this work in the next class

we had compressed the .apk to make it less detectable by the security of the phone OS

but still not yet succeeded 🙂

alright will try it again next time 😉

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 7 Sept 2019

Time to be productive and make progress 😉 Every kids in our regular class have their own target and we make sure that they are making progress each week 😉

Ara is still preparing for upcoming Young Scientist Competition. He has prepared an extended abstract, a poster and of course has also finished the code

what Ara should be doing is to test the steps and try different wifi to get empirical data and measurement

Today Ara is trying to be an Evil Twin, to see how difficult it is to set up the attack

Aidia is starting a new project: hand gesture recognition 😉

the code is very long, so Aidia took several breaks while typing it. And not yet finished, so we’re going to finish it next week

Aidia said she wanted to do the schematic first

The schematic is ready 🙂 After the code is finished, we’re going to test it 😉

Fadhlan, with SNAPBOT I and SNAPBOT II 😉

Fadhlan is developing SNAPBOT II with basic configurations before we add an optical mouse for drawing the map

but before he started, he helped Aidia to solder the gesture sensor 😉 Thanks so much, buddy 🙂

Fadhlan now needs the workspace twice as big since now there are two robots to be constructed 😀

Baran is going to continue intro to programming

by doing challenges with higher level of difficulties

this challenge is not only teaching about geometric shapes but most importantly is about loop and nested loop

then Baran can continue to learn some Python with CodeCombat

Techa is probably younger than Baran, but he can keep up with the lessons 🙂

after finishing maze puzzles

Techa also learns about geometric shapes, angles, loop and nested loop

and then: Python coding with Code Combat 🙂

Sam is figuring out how to activate his Object Recognition App for the Blind with voice

and he also working on the Juz’amma. Next week Sam will be given new project 🙂

Ihsan starts to learn basic electronics because he is interested to build his own robot

and then more LEDs

then RGB LED

and then LED and button

Hafiz is performing more test to his machine learning project

and since there were so much troubles with synchronization between the learning system with the Scratch, we decided to develop the system using App Inventor

Kinan is still developing her Agario Game 🙂

Yogi is still figuring out how to make a code to enable a moving car to stop when we click left button mouse and move when we click again

we have to find a work around for this one

Fab is continuously making good progress 🙂

he can solve most of the difficult problems by himself. Just give him a simple hint and he will finish it 🙂

after this Fab will learn some Python programming before he can start creating his own game 🙂

ProCodeCG Kids Private Class – White Hacking – 15 Aug 2019

Another hard work preparation for ProCodeCG Kids Coding Exhibition in two days!

We’re going to hack wifi with Kali Linux on Virtual Box

and this network usb adapter is essential to enable Kali Linux to recognize a wifi network 😉

while one computer start hacking

Ara is starting to follow the steps, starting with setting up the hardware 😉

and then installing the driver

enable wifi monitoring

start monitoring

dumping the wifi data

waiting for a handshake before start hacking

the first attempt is failed because the password is too hard 😀

but we got this one and get the  wifi password: password 😀 because we changed to password into something easy to guess 😀 a word that is included in the dictionary 🙂

and then we started to hack using rainbow table

it is not yet successful but we stopped it because we already done the hacking project with dictionary attack and it is enough for the exhibition. will get back to rainbow table after the exhibition 😉

the other reason is this 😀 😀 😀 after 3 straight hours hacking, Ara said he’s got backpain and went like this LOLLLLL

and he still got homework to do LOLLLL

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 20 July 2019

Wooow today is a very productive because we had a huge coding crowd 😉

Aidia is ready to upgrade her robot: Spicy to be able to “talk” via LCD 😉

Spicy will inform what she is doing by printing the status to the LCD 😉

the next step is to make sure all components working well and how to tidy up all these components 😀

Faiz finished two challenges today 🙂 the first is Blockly

and the second is Lightbots 🙂

And then Faiz created a full featured Maze Game with GameMaker 😉

Faishal is exploring our network and investigating the security holes 😀

we used LOTS of tools 🙂 and we’re doing several projects 😉

Sam is still working on his Juz’amma App but starting next week he will start a new project to give him some fresh topics and new air 😉

Fadhlan is going to test the robot 😉 and if all is working we’re planning to add LCD too 😉

checking the code. the robot was working fine but the laptop was so laggy, we have to find out why

Cean, is a smart 6 yo kid 🙂

he finished lots of levels of puzzles today 😉 almost without assistance 😉

Hafiz is now focusing on machine learning

today is about training the machine

to play tic tac toe 😉

Ara was still in Hydra project

but he was also doing more or less the same project as Faishal’s

Al is doing machine learning project while also discussing it with Capt. Awa 😉

Badi is going to add carousel to the website

but at the end he decided to do it differently, not with carousel but with some more sleek and cooler way of changing full screen images 😀

Syadad was very quiet and productive like usual 😉

Syadad typed almost 3 code in JavaScript today

to create rainbow triangle

and aligned triangle 🙂

and all the codes worked nicely 🙂 well done Syadad!

Capt. Awa has successfully created an Panic Button that will give warning to a cellular phone when the button is pressed

the system works via wifi and we’re going to try using it via mobile network 🙂

but first, playing with an Elder Wand (we’re planning to make our own :D)

and the map of Hogsmeade LOL

and then continue working with the Panic Button project

Josh created his first game today 😉

Such and awesome progress in just 90 minutes 😉

Zaaka and Kishan took our Private Coding Class few weeks ago, and Zaaka has been improving a lot since then 🙂

He had elevated the game to the next level with very creative ideas 🙂

ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – 22 June 2019

More kids showing up to this coding crowd this Saturday 😉

Fadhlan’s robot is working as we expected now

what we need to do is lots of of testing and optimization

the code is working fine both for Arduino and Processing

we did lots of testing today

the only problem is that Processing cannot read data from Bluetooth serial

as soon as we overcome this problem, then the rest will be about finishing and adding features

Faishal is ready to get back to white hacking today 😉

starting with nmap-ing the sub domain and peeking into everybody’s IP address and port  *making everybody nervous LOL

did some installation

and then exploring Etherape

back to Zenmap and poking every single feature it has 😀

we tried other tools too

and see how they work 🙂

comparing one IP with the others

and compare vulnerabilities

this is too much fun 🙂

Faishal got into the access point as well and see its configuration

Aidia’s quest for today is debugging her color sorting project

but before, she wanted to do some drag and drop coding 🙂

ok now the reading of the sensor is looking fine

but the problem is the range is not representing the colors we want to detect

so we’re going to find how to fix this 🙂

Syadad has just got back after a while 🙂

He started to learn JavaScript to code in Minecraft

Syadad learned to create simple structures with JavaScript commands (box, cylinder, prism). Next he will learn to code with Drone and make simple buildings

Sam is still working hard finishing his Juz’Amma app because there is so much assets to be added to the app

this young man persistency is hard to believe! keep going Sam! 🙂

Capt. Faris is still doing the research about Machine Learning

Jiva finally joined the regular class after our coding camp last year 🙂

he refresh his memory with Game Maker 🙂

It’s always amazing to see these kids learn and making progress 🙂

Day #4 of White Hacking already 🙂

today we’re installing DVWA on Kali Linux 🙂

there are zillion of things we have to do and zillion of errors we have to fix 😀

also modifying some codes in some files

registering recaptcha and so on

until finally we can get to this login page 😀

and ready to do penetration test with DVWA 😀

we’ll save the attack for the next class 😉

ProCodeCG – Kids Private Class – White Hacking – Day #2 – 11 June 2019

Today we are installing Nessus and will do some vulnerability scanning on Kali Linux 🙂

Downloading Nessus

unzipping the installer file

figuring out why dpkg is not working

now successfully unpacking

and ready to start Nessus 😉

creating account and asking for serial number

took some time for initialization

on Mac there’s no problem with dpkg

initialization in the process

we did some nmap-ing to, comparing Ubuntu Backbox with Kali Linux

and did some Etherape-ing too 🙂

we tried to do some Man In The Middle Attack but we need to install Python and virtual environment on Ara’s laptop so we’re going to do it tomorrow

The result (there’s only one other computer in the network LOL)

Testing Angry IP and it looks way more interesting than nmap 😀

ProCodeCG – Kids Private Class – White Hacking – Day #1 – 10 June 2019

The first ProCodeCG White Hacking Private Class ever 🙂 We have been teaching ethical hacking to kids but not yet seriously planned like this.

ProCodeCG will certainly add White Hacking Curriculum from now since we’ve been more convinced that this is an urgent topic to be taught to kids 🙂

Ara has been interested in learning hacking, so somebody has to show him the right way 😀

We’re going to try number 2 and number 3 today 🙂

We are doing 2 and 3 in parallel; making bootable usb while also downloading virtual machine

Ara’s laptop is already has dual-boot Ubuntu BackBox and Windows 10 so we have to skip GRUB to be able to enter BIOS because we have to enable some option to make virtual box install Kali Linux

We found out that we had to install different Kali Linux version so we decided to explore Ubuntu BackBox while waiting for the download. But Ara forgot the password so we had to reset it 😀

the password cannot be reset so we have to find ways around

and finally after we have changed the password and enter Ubuntu, we started to explore nmap 😉

we also checked the network with EtherApe 😉

Ara has been given load of homework to be reported in tomorrow’s class 😉
