ProCodeCG Kids Regular Coding Class – Online – 18 July 2020

Our excitement today 😉

Aidia is preparing Minecraft buildings and RedStone system for upcoming Exhibition 🙂

Badi is developing a dummy for his website design client 😉

Adam had finished Flappy Bird Game so today he’s finishing Agario Game

Enzo had also finished developing Flappy Bird Game

and today started to create Agario Game

Bryson pick up where he left, adding scores and levels to his Maze Game 🙂

Makayla added score and levels to her Maze Game and getting ready to create a new game 😉

Wibi has just joined the class today, and we let him explore Minecraft and build things manually before we start to build structures using codes in JavaScript 😉

Ara is still doing modelling with Blender, preparing for the exhibition 🙂

AlFattan continues Minecraft Modding with JavaScript

while Daffa starts to create 3D games with Unity in C# 😉

Rheino switched to Game Maker today, and already created a fancy shooting game with awesome animation and details 😉

Fadhlan has to prepare for a talk on Aug 1 and he has to make sure one of the SNAPBOTs is ready for live demo

Kinan has not send any picture of progress yet, she is still working on a Covid Game but cannot share screen because she logged in with a smartphone.

We also had Azka joining the class today, but he didn’t share screen so we cannot recap his progress for today, but so far he had finished a maze game, a shooting game and started to create a simple multiplayer game 😉

Will be reporting again next week 😉

Today we start the class with some warming ups: intro to programming language so the kids will be familiar with sequences, loops and conditionals. Tomorrow they will start creating games with GameMaker Studio 🙂

We have survived almost 3 months doing the coding class online and we keep making progress 😉

Faiz is creating his first website today with HTML, CSS and JavaScript today

AlFattan is still testing JavaScript commands to build stuff in Minecraft

Tsaqif is still learning how to startup the Spigot server and how to access the JavaScript commands to be able to build things in Minecraft

Ukasy is working on the same thing as Tsaqif 🙂

Techa is back!

He created a really awesome game but forgot to save it and lost all the data. Took a while to get him on track again 🙂

Irham is starting to create apps with Thunkable 😉

Fadhlan has got all the components now and ready to gradually deploy codes to SNAPBOT 3 to test all the functions

Our regular coding class before everybody has to stay at home 🙂

Fadhlan has two plans for today 🙂

the first is to continue modifying this awesome of robot structure (look at the unusual and brilliant design!)

and replacing iPhone 6plus home button

a very delicate and complex work

backup-ing data from iPhone to iTunes

Clive is ready to improve the Maze Game in GameMaker Studio 2 🙂

Clive is getting more fluent using the new and more complex GUI or GameMaker Studio 2

the result 😉 Once Clive gets the idea of how this IDE works, he would easily recreate all the game from GameMaker Lite 😉

Syathir is going to start learning basic electronics today 😉

the first task is to make a LED blinking 🙂

Syathir can do the task without help 😉

Our regular coding class today 🙂

Fadhlan is feeling like tearing down again his iPhone 6 Plus to fix the home button but we have to buy the spare parts

after giving up waiting up for the spare parts

Fadhlan continues the FireFighter Robot

now we’re testing the fire sensors

the sensor individually works, but not yet when it is attached with the robot. Will fix it next week

Vian is given a task to create a finding robot in Roblox

but for moving objects 😀

Faiz wants a new challenge

so the challenge is to create a GUI for ordering Pizza in Python 😉

Rheino is coming back 😉

he starts to learn Machine Learning 😉

Clive is now using a Mac to create games

so today Clive is learning to create games using Game Maker Studio 2

he needs some time to get used to the IDE and the syntax

he finally able to recreate a maze game using GameMaker Studio but we still need to add more features to the game

plus he has to debug a instagram crawling code in Python 😉

and he did it flawlessly 🙂 crawling followers of an Instagram user

unbelievable 🙂

Boy is super multaskingly creative as always 😀

ProCodeCG – Coding Camp End 2019 – Machine Learning, White Hacking, Creating Games & GOLANG – Day #3 – 1 Jan 2019

Day #3 is time to finished up the projects 🙂

Joe

is learning some machine learning implementation with Thunkable

and then download the app to the mobile phone

The app can detect object from the pic taken by camera

the app displays the description of the object

and Joe learned to add text to speech code so the app will also announce the object detected out loud 🙂

Joe is really interested in learning White Hacking, he asked for permission if he was allowed to start installing Kali Linux 🙂 Too bad the Virtual Box cannot be installed to Joe’s Macbook probably because the Mac OSX has not been updated to the newest version

Faishal has been working really hard developing custom object detection with TensorFlow

and we finally can make it learn! 🙂

and shows the TensorBoard! Later Faishal has successfully completed all the steps and compile the object detection test code with jupyter notebook without errors, after several hour struggling with errors and installation and kernel switching 😀

Djalu finally patches most of the bugs in his Pizza Order Application in GOLANG 🙂

It now has full features

and runs beautifully and smoothly 😉

Ardhi is doing several hacking today: hacking Android, Windows, Facebook and Google Sign-In 🙂

Successfully steal a Google Sign-In

and then steal a Facebook login

but not yet successfully hack any Androids or Windows because most of the devices are strongly protected by the OS and anti-viruses, so hacking is really not that easy 😉 This is just to show you how to be more careful protecting your devices 🙂

Kinan adding loads of codes to the game and make it more realistic 🙂

we added different lives for the enemy. it takes more shots to make a bigger enemy disappear

now is the time to add more levels to the the game

and also add lives for the player, so the player will have 3 lives before the game ends

we will keep adding features to the game because Kinan seems to like this game very much 🙂 but the target for this camp has been covered 🙂

A well spent Saturday will give you a great Sunday 😀

Techa is building his shooting game with very detailed assets

Techa asked Baran (his older brother) for references 🙂

Baran is creating the same game with the same theme as Techa’s

and developing similar but more detailed assets of the game 🙂

Baran did catch up so that he got the same progress as Techa got 🙂

and surprisingly volunteered to teach a visitor the basic principles of coding 🙂

Ihsan picked up where he left at basic electronics

today’s project is ultrasonic with buzzer

and the next is ultrasonic, buzzer and LEDs

Clive

has brilliantly finished the Space Invaders Game

and now is building Flappy Bird Game 🙂

Kinan is now adding mini map to the Agario Game 🙂

the task is getting tough but Kinan already has the skill to overcome the challenges 🙂
