Kinan helped Abil with some ideas and created her own new sprites 🙂 She said she will make lots of them 🙂
We missed Justin today, hopefully he can join the next class 🙂

Abiel wanted to continue his Baldy Game today
Abiel searched some references for his game, including the sounds
Halfway to go, Abiel, now create the room 🙂
For the next milestone, Abiel has to type in codes and he hasn’t finished yet. Will continue this the next class 😉
Abiel had finished a milestone of the game that we called: Mr. Baldy Hide and Seek 😀 And Aisha loves to play it 😀
While Justin still had lots of things he wants to improve 😉
Justin didn’t like to see his sprites being trimmed on the edge of the screen (things that most people won’t notice :D)
This shows how detail Justin is doing his work: he created 16 images for one sprite to make it animate smoothly 🙂
so Justin decide to rearrange the whole thing and change the wall sprites and layout
Now everything is just like Justin wanted 🙂
it’s because Justin created different wall sprites for the corners, the uppers, the lowers and those on the left and the right sides, oh my 😀

Coding is what we do to spend our Thursday 🙂
Kinan is so ready to give her games improvements
Like new levels, new characters and new secret portals 😉
Kinan put different sprites, maze and level of difficulties and even different sounds to each levels 🙂
The game is more interesting and challenging 🙂
Justin just started to create his game because he missed the last class
Justin learned to create sprites, objects and room today 🙂
Justin pays attention to each details, he wants this game to be as similar as the real PacMan game 🙂

Kids can put lots of ideas into a game, and there’s still lots of games to be made 🙂 The excitement will never wear off 🙂

Our regular homeschooling Tuesday class 🙂

and Kinan learned intro to computer science by learning python programming with CodeCombat 🙂
They had to go through levels and finish the challenge on each level
Each kid should take their time to finish each level on their own pace 🙂 The most important thing is they understand the basic and logics of programming 🙂
Next class we will be ready to create some games 🙂

Today we learned basics of programming with Minecraft Hour of Code and Blockly Games 😉
This is Aisha, Abiel’s little sister. She seemed to enjoy the class very much 🙂
She even tried to take over the laptop from her brother 😀
This is so much fun and we’re going to do it again next week! 😉

Today ProCodeCG was invited to join a homeschooling activity held by one of ProCodeCG parent, Mrs. Ari Novianti Riadi, Azriel’s Mom 🙂
She has a homeschooling community that always make interesting activities for their kids. Today, at her nice and cozy house, we learned about tea blending and intro to computer programming 🙂
We were expecting about 10 kids to come
Most of them have siblings, the older ones learn programming, while the younger ones playing in the garden 🙂
This is the preparation for how-to-blend-tea class by Azriel 🙂

It is so impressive to see that the kids are willing to learn anything! 🙂
After all the computer set up, we started the coding class right after the tea-blending class 🙂 What a productive day! 🙂
Azriel and Muhammad were the Captain for today’s class 🙂
Azriel is a ProCodeCG Captain, he’s experienced in teaching 🙂

Muhammad is one of ProCodeCG Kids, and in this class he showed a great skill of teaching. He’ll be a ProCodeCG Captain one day! 🙂

The coding class went very well, kids can follow the lessons (Hassan was doing 2 threads at once: Minecraft One Hour of Code and CodeCombat 😀 )
Muhammad assisted Ayeman closely because Ayeman seemed like needing more time to get used to the lessons 🙂

Looking at this, we should believe that this nation is going to be great and greater 🙂
Our kids are so smart and they can teach each other, anything 🙂 We have a bright future awaits! 😉
