ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 13 Nov 2018

Standard

3 days before the competition! Loads of things to do 🙂

IMG_8661

The letter that make us so proud 😉 Our research 😉

IMG_8659

Today Fadhlan is going to load all those stuff on top of the robot 🙂

IMG_8660

We use velcro to stick the batteries to the robot

IMG_8664

Okay it’s now ready for testing

IMG_8666

We tested ultrasonic sensor, micro servo, button, buzzer and the button, and the motor of course 😉

IMG_8668

IMG_8672

the button working fine

IMG_8673

the button and the ultrasonic and the LED and the buzzer are okay

IMG_8675

ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 12 Nov 2018

Standard

We’re having a competition in 4 days!

IMG_8607

Today we will upgrade the robot and add more components to add features to it

IMG_8608

Meaning that Fadhlan had to take off the components from the robot and rewire all

IMG_8609 IMG_8610

We need bigger breadboard! 😉

IMG_8611

There we go. After putting the components on the new breadboard, the next thing is to figure out how to put the breadboard on the robot 😀

IMG_8612

with all the cables and all 😀

IMG_8613

Look at this LOL

IMG_8614

The best we can do today 😀 Will work on it again tomorrow 😉

ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 1 Nov 2018

Standard

We’re preparing for upcoming festival and another round of competition 🙂

IMG_7800

We have to test the robot and make sure it works perfectly and then added more features and optimize it

IMG_7802

We got lots of ideas but we have to sort them and use the most feasible ones

ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 10 Oct 2018

Standard

Yessss, we’re going to final!!!

IMG_6229

That means after a long day of presentation and demo, Fadhlan still have to work overtime to test and improve the robot to make sure it works perfectly tomorrow 🙂

IMG_6232IMG_6231

And it worked nicely, successfully avoiding every obstacle in its sensor height range

IMG_6234

We tested the robot many times with different obstacles setting, and different source of power too

IMG_6236 IMG_6238

IMG_6240

Yep, finally we’re so ready for tomorrow!

ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 9 Oct 2018

Standard

The competition will started the day after so we really had to finish the robot 🙂

IMG_6168

Basically we had everything covered, only still couldn’t decide how many volts we are going to use 😀

IMG_6170

We have been experimenting with 6V, 9V, 12V, etc. using different kind of batteries 🙂

IMG_6172

The little brother was there too to support his brother 😉

IMG_6173

Fadhlan got all the support he needed from the family 🙂 The mom was there too 😉 Wishing all goes well tomorrow!

ProCodeCG Kids Private Robotic Class – 27 Sept 2018

Standard

Hardwork afterschool 🙂

IMG_5404

The robot was ready and the code was all set and uploaded but apparently the structure was not strong enough so Fadhlan needed to secure all the joints and connector to make it sturdier when it wanders around avoiding obstacles

IMG_5406

We also needed to add power source for the motor, that meant we had to shop more components and the re-assembling process can be done after all the components arrived

IMG_5407

The code is all set. After the robot is ready we’re going to do some testing and measurement to make tables and graphics and put it in our poster

The time is running thin, wish us luck!
