today we had successfully tested SNAPBOT II to do 2 tasks: self-navigating while mapping radar and self-navigating while mouse mapping

SNAPBOT I (upper) will stay in Indonesia while SNAPBOT II will fly to Russia and make Indonesia proud! We are only allowed to bring one robot so we make SNAPBOT II dual-functioning 😉

Just a few days left! We’ve got to work HARDDDDD!!! we finished the class last night and going to have another private class tonight and we just left the room like this 😀

the saga continues… SNAPBOTS Road to Russia 🙂 this is the room before the saga started 😀

we’re setting up camera to capture our activity today 😀

lots of things to do, especially hacking mouse chip to read robot movements but we’re still struggling with reading the data because we haven’t got the correct data sheet 😦

SNAPBOT II is powered with Arduino Mega and navigates really well. What we are going to do is adding mouse reading and broadcast it via bluetooth to display a map on a laptop/PC

we also added a potentiometer to SNAPBOT I to control the PWM so we can adjust the speed of the wheels

Our target today is to test radar readings of the robot

Instead of using 3 ultrasonic sensors we decide to use a micro servo and one ultrasonic sensor for the robot to navigate and reading the environment, to simplify the inputs and the data processing

Fadhlan has to make sure every components have been placed correctly and working well

The ultrasonic sensor is still not reading. This is the pair of degrees and distance. The distance readings are still zero
