Coding Mum Day 15 – 19 May 2016

Finally! The last day!!! Some arrived early (the presentation should be started at 11 am but we got there around 8 😀 ) just to loosen up nerves and snacking 😀

We summoned the others via Whatsapp, bragging about some fried tofu and banana and more people coming in LOL

One trainer showed up

Today we learned a lot about implementing SCRUM & design thinking, how it has been implemented at Labtek Indie (with LOTS tips & tricks!) deliverd by co-founder and CEO of Labtek Indie, Seterhen Akbar (Saska) 😉

Labtek Indie has done many projects using design thinking and for the last few years start using SCRUM methodology.

Design thinking requires innovation that is supported by desirability (human), viability (organization) and feasibility (technology)

The topic today is about IT start-up companies and the possibility of based them on co-op, an extraordinary idea presented and proposed by Seterhen Akbar, CEO of Labtek Indie.

LABTEK IND!E is an Interactive Technology Lab fueled with creatively energized and full of guts young persons, generating thousands of crazy ideas everyday and make them happen.

LABTEK IND!E implements design thinking concepts to each of its works

To be able to make a good product, it should have a desirable design, with feasible technology and visible business.

Co-op seems to be a great possibility for IT start-up companies

Co-ops offers more opportunities with distributed profits
