Day #4 of White Hacking already 🙂
today we’re installing DVWA on Kali Linux 🙂
there are zillion of things we have to do and zillion of errors we have to fix 😀
also modifying some codes in some files
registering recaptcha and so on
until finally we can get to this login page 😀
and ready to do penetration test with DVWA 😀
we’ll save the attack for the next class 😉

We’re back after a long holiday 😉
Lots of things to catch up!
We opened XAMPP again and started learning basic databases and MySQL
happy as always LOL
and serious as always
there will always be different problem to debug on each class 🙂 this one is about activating XAMPP on mac 😀

This is also for a real business. Her family has running this business for several years
Good pictures, good design, and a very attractive layout 🙂

The design involves complex coding in PHP
It has complex CSS formatting too
Plus lots of form verifications 🙂 This is going to be a competitor of Traveloka and Tiket.com 🙂

The next ones are not Mums 🙂 They are still very young 🙂 This one looking scruffy and lacking of sleep is Nadia Nathania 🙂 A real coder looks! 🙂

Since it consists of different people with different backgrounds and emphasizing on tolerating differences, the design is so colorful and contrast!
The colors shows diversity in harmony. A mindblasting design!

Day 12 🙂 More PHP and MySQL 😉

Next week this class will do a presentation in front of reviewers 🙂
And that makes the class a little bit intense. But nothing to worry though, because the presentation will only cover front-end stuff 🙂
We continued yesterday’s topic about Primary Key, Foreign Key and Constraint
And then learned how to create login form and connect it to the database 😉
We use MD5 to hash the password to show the best practice of storing passwords in a database 🙂
Next week we have Monday and Thursday to prepare for presentation on Friday 🙂

Day #11 🙂 We learned about Database Concepts and Design 😉
We have to introduce what’s under the hood of back-end programming, because the knowledge will be useful to understand the scope of the work given by clients in the future
Today we created several tables, normalized it and make relationships between the tables
We learned about primary and foreign key
How to keep entity integrity, domain integrity and referential integrity
And how to use triggers 🙂
Will learn a bit more tomorrow, and start to do the project next week! 🙂
Day #10. We learned PHP + MySQL 🙂
The pace of Batch 3 is faster than the previous ones. Usually we learn PHP – MySQL on 12th  or 13th class. Probably because we have learnt how to deliver the topics and we keep developing materials to support the learning process. Plus, this batch learns very quickly 🙂
We installed XAMPP and got started 🙂

So today the Mum is not only learning about front-end programming, but also back-end programming 🙂
Will learn more PHP – MySQL on the next class, while preparing for the final presentation next week 😉

While waiting we discussed with DyCode about our next event 🙂 We’re going have T0T on DyCodeX about to release devboard and also ProCodeCG Kids will join their devboard showdown event 🙂
We were discussing about sensors and IoT, and cloud and MQTT and lots of things 🙂
Two of the reviewers (CEO of DyCode/DyCodeX and CEO of Cybreed) cancelled due to really important unexpected things so we had CMO of DyCode (the one with black shirt) Dyan Raditya Helmi and DyCode Public Relation (the one with hat) Adit.
The first turn was Bu Rishna
The reviewer asked lots of questions
and asked her to modify the code for specific section on the website and she did it very well 🙂
The next was Bu Irma
The design was simple and nice 🙂
She also had a login window that was expected by the reviewer, so it was a good presentation 🙂

The design was clean and straightforward. She managed to answers all questions from reviewer 🙂

She designed this for a real client who’s doing a real business about piano maintenance 🙂
The website contains lots of useful information about how to take care of a piano
Because the site is intended to educate people about this specific topic 🙂 Well done!
And the last but not least: Bu Emmy 😉
Her passion is dance so her design was about dance studio
Awesome design
and awesome code too 🙂 (the reviewer couldn’t stop himself to ask about it since Bu Emmy displayed us the Bracket window when she started the presentation, ups! :D)
But after all, everyone did a great job! Big applause!!!

Meanwhile, on the backstage there was a team ready to keep the kids from distracting their mums 😀
After the presentation, CMO of DyCode gave us a short brief about DyCode/DyCodex and what they expect from programmers. They set a really high standard, especially time commitment 🙂
He also gave us some feedback about Coding Mum and some tips on programming 🙂
And after Pak Budi Rahardjo, mentor of ProCodeCG and instructor of Coding Mum gave a closing speech, we started to take pictures! 😉

One day before the presentation 🙂
All mums looked so tensed 🙂
Every mum had problems and unfinished things, but hey, you’ll never really finish it so it’s all ok just by doing the best 😉

Awa brought his Arduino board that now being put on top of Lego with wheels and all 🙂 It has 3 proximity sensors (actually only 2 that are active) that will activate the LEDs to light up clockwise or counter-clockwise. When both sensors detecting something then only one LED light up. The sensors are suppose to detect stuff in front and rear of the vehicle 🙂 Cool!
