Yesterday the kids learned some intro to IoT 🙂
while also preparing for the exhibition 🙂 Azriel has done his presentation last week so yesterday he was just improving his work.
Lots of kids! yaaay 🙂 We kept adding tables! 🙂
And some had to sit at the front table 😀
Yesterday we introduce Arduino Software and Arduino board to the kids 🙂 We also showed the kids a bread board with some LEDs and sensors attached to it and how they worked 😉
New kids were given one Captain to help them catching up 🙂 This is Capt. Reza helping Vian creating a simple game in GameMaker 🙂
Areli is also new too, he was continuing his lessons on CodeCombat 🙂
On the back of the class, Tyo, Ozan and Edo were working in groups preparing for the exhibition 🙂
Awa was working on his Arduino project (but he didn’t bring his so he was just doing some research about it on the internet). Next to Awa is Zaky setting up his Raspberry Pi 3 😉
Lots of kids, lots of brains and lots of ideas!
These two have a Minecraft Project to be presented but they play some games waiting for their turn.
Yeaaah we had Raspberry Pi 3 in class!!!
The kids took turn to tinker with the Raspi 3, they’re all so excited!!
And more kids ask their parents to get them one! 😀
This is Darrell working on LightBot to learn about functions
while next to him is Tyo working on his project
Ozan was still thinking about what project to be worked on
And Edo helped Arga with his Minecraft mission 🙂
Rezandra (on the left) has 3 different projects ongoing, he was working on one and get distracted by the Arduino 😀
Capt. Cinta had a project to do too, an Instagram-like app created with Thunkable.
Vian almost finished his game in GameMaker, thanks to Capt. Reza!
Capt. Malik changed his project for the exhibition 🙂 Still in Java! 🙂
Faris was going to present his work for exhibition, he created ProCodeCG WebView using Android Studio. But we hadn’t had time to transfer the files so we’ll do it next week.
Tyo was ready with his project so he presented a great game he create with GameMaker 🙂 (Notice that some captains on the right were helping him with the display and one of them was also on the sound room adjusting the volume and the echo level of the microphone 😉 )
The game is an adventure games with dialog
And after you finished the adventure then it will give you questions and if you get that right you will get scores
to bring you to the next level
He had created several levels and will add some more!
Some of the codes in GML (GameMaker Language)
After the presentation and kids were still so into the Raspi 😀
And Muhammad was still creating his game with Construct
And Clarence was given a briefing about his Minecraft to Arduino Project. He lookes so interested!!! 😉
Time to go and let’s clean up 🙂
And see you next week 😉
